This course is ideal for:
People who have already set up their MYOB company file and want to learn how to use the MYOB accounting software for basic day-to-day processing.

Designed to give you a working knowledge of the essential business processes using MYOB business software, this hands-on course will take you from entering sales, purchases and banking right through to reconciling the bank account. The course is designed for businesses who buy and sell items and well as those who are serviced based. This is a super intensive course uses a simple step-by-step approach to help you successfully use the MYOB software.

This course is ideal for:
Bookkeepers or accountants in fact anyone who needs to perform periodic reconciliation functions using MYOB accounting software.

Setting up and processing pays using MYOB Payroll software.

This course is ideal for:
New and existing users of MYOB Payroll.

More information:
On completion of this course you will be able to set up a computerised payroll and be confident to work with payroll on a day-to-day basis. This course touches on the practical aspects of the Holiday Pay Act 2004 and the Kiwi Saver Act 2006.

As an alternative accounting system, we are also a certified training agent for Xero.

Xero is an online accounting system designed in New Zealand specifically for small and medium sized businesses. Xero is available anytime, anywhere as it is internet based and removes restriction of having software installed on a single computer. Xero operates under the same high security measures as internet banking and looks after all of your data and backups.
